چکیده
The dynamic balancing of the drive mechanism for roller forming unit with balanced is consideredin order to increase reliability and durability. Two problems are solved in simulation process balancing: inertia forces which applied masses centers motion links, torque reduced rotation axis shaft, that arise from action.Wherein all kinematic characteristics trolleys determined, change functions kinetic energy each element whole system, total force, moment action written.The equation compiled based on Lagrange equations second-order, generalized force motor shaft determined.The imbalance estimated by maximum root-mean-square values forceand action, dimensionless coefficients, express ratio forces, act trolley, components individual elements.It established best observed at cranks displacement angle value Δφ=90° drive. work results may future used refine improve existing engineering methods estimating mechanisms machines, both design stages practical use.
